Upon receiving your online application, the event’s Secretarial Bureau will provide you with full details of travel, accommodation facilities, rates, in addition to the other participation facilities provided by the organizer such as:
- Special discounted rates available for guests on Car rental and Accommodation.
- Meeting room reservation and arrangement for One-to-One meeting.
- Entry Visa for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if applicable
Important Note: registered participants who require a visa to enter Kingdom of Saudi Arabia should submit the necessary application online 30 days prior to summit date. Visa issuance is under the sole control of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and organizers do not bear any responsibility in this regard.
